Licensed & Bonded - We are fully bonded and licensed in the State of Washington as general and electrical contractors. We provide our customers everything from a simple repair to  complex electrical service work.

Factory Trained - Our technicians are factory trained on AccuTemp, Hobart, Hoshizaki and Manitowoc units. 

Service Area

Our normal Western Washington service area is within King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Each service call is billed a standard travel rate. Service calls outside this area or if ferry travel is necessary are billed by the hour (round trip) in place of the standard travel rate.

Government - We are approved to work at local government sites (i.e. Air Force & Naval bases). 

Emergency Service

Service calls outside of the normal business hours are considered an emergency. Click on the Contact tab to see our normal business hours.

• Emergency service calls will be billed as (OT) overtime.
• Please note that the clock starts when the technician leaves his home and stops when he is back home.
• We do not bill our standard travel charge for OT calls.
• Keep in mind that replacement parts may not be available until the next business day.

We are authorized equipment warranty service provider for:

• Beverage-Air
• Delfield
• Randell
• Sunglo, Sunpak, Patio Comfort & Infratech
• Vanguard

Labor Rates

Service calls are billed a minimum of one hour. Overtime rates will apply after normal business hours and on weekends or holidays. We have a special lower overtime rate for scheduled service work after hours.

WA Sales Tax

Service calls are subject to Washington State sales tax. The tax rate is determined based on the location of where the work is to be performed. Sales tax will always be charged unless we have a current Reseller Permit or an out-of-state Tax Exemption Certificate on file.

Freight & Parking Charges

Freight and/or parking costs will be charged if they apply to the service call. These costs are the exact amounts that we are charged.

Terms

Our standard terms are NET 30 with interest charged at 1.5% or the highest rate allowed by law for unpaid balances over 30 days old.  Until credit has been established the terms may be C.O.D. or credit card only.

Balances over 90 days old are subject to collections and/or removal of the equipment/materials at the seller's expense. If a collections process is started, the customer will be responsible for all attorney and recovery costs.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, business checks, VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. Checks returned as NSF are subject to an NSF fee of $50 plus your account being put on C.O.D. status.
