Our sales policy is explained below.
The below information should answer most of your questions concerning our sales policy. If not, please contact us.
Parts -- All parts ordered are processed with a valid credit card unless we have established your company with credit purchases.
Equipment -- Equipment will be ordered after we receive the total amount of the equipment cost. We do not offer a payment plan for equipment purchases.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Parts -- No additional fee is charged for using a credit card.
Equipment -- A fee of 3.8% will be charged due to our very low markup on equipment sales.
To establish credit with us you must completely fill out one of our credit applications. Please contact us to have a credit application emailed, faxed or mailed to you. When credit has been approved, out terms are NET 30 with interest charged at 1.5% or the highest allowed by law for unpaid balances over 30 days old. Unpaid balances over 90 days old are subject to a collections process and your credit account status being revoked.

Service companies using the parts for resale during service calls are allowed a 15% discount on parts, if they have established themselves as a service agency with us before the purchase. (Note: This discount does not apply to parts costing under $20.00.)
To establish your company for this discount you must send us your request on company letterhead. This discount only applies to part purchases.
All orders delivered to a buyer within the State of Washington are subject to Washington State sales tax unless an unexpired Reseller Permit is on file with us at the time of the purchase. The sales tax rate is determined by the location of where the goods will be received within Washington State. Customers are responsible for all local, state or federal taxes due.
Equipment purchases from outside Washington State will require a Tax Exempt Certificate from your state to qualify for tax exempt wholesale status.
Parts -- All orders are subject to a shipping and handling fee. If you require other than normal UPS ground or USPS delivery times, shipping charges will reflect the increased cost.
Equipment -- You are responsible for any freight charges for equipment orders. No handling fee is charged.
All returned merchandise must have prior approval issued by us and is subject to a return restocking fee.
