Q: Do you work on AccuTemp steamers and
grills?
A: Yes, our technicians are factory trained on all AccuTemp equipment.
We have even made suggestions to AccuTemp for improvements which
have been implemented by them.
Q: Do you have a warranty for your
service work?
A: Yes, All labor performed by us is warranted for 30 days or as
otherwise indicated in writing on your invoice. All materials, parts
and equipment are warranted by the manufactures' or suppliers'
written warranty only.
Q: Is the location of a steamer
important?
A: Yes, placing a steamer too close to a high heat source will
affect the performance of the unit. We have had customers place
their steamer right over a hot stove. The end result was parts needing
to be replaced before they should have because of the excess heat
and grease rising from the stove.
