Pilot Jet Covers

When the top burners are used on commercial gas cooking stoves liquids and other foreign material splatter, spatter, splash and spill from the cooking pans and accumulate on the pilot jet, eventually extinguishing the flame. Without the pilot flame, the top burner does not ignite automatically when filled with gas.

The pilot Jet Cover (U.S. Patent No. 5,275,555) is designed for the open pilot assembly of Montague ranges to protect the flame and act as a safety device. These jet covers are sold exclusively by M&M Repair.
